Unveiled Services

Somebody sat across a table from every person we place.

His name is Paolo. He runs our Manila office, he interviews every candidate himself, and he writes down what he thought. When we put someone forward, you get that file.

That is the whole difference between us and a freelancing site. You are not hiring a profile that can vanish. You are hiring a person who was vouched for, employed properly, and backed by a US company you can hold to a contract.

“She walked me through a denial she fought for four months and won. She still had the payer reference numbers written down. That is the person you want calling insurers on your behalf.”

What actually goes wrong offshore, and what we changed

Hiring a profile

You pick from a list of strangers rated by other strangers. Nobody has met them. If they stop replying on a Tuesday, your claims stop going out on a Tuesday, and your only recourse is a refund of last week’s hours.

There is no employer behind them, so there is no payroll, no benefits, no continuity, and no one to escalate to.

Hiring through us

We interview in person, verify government ID, call references, and test the skill before anyone reaches your shortlist. You contract with Unveiled Services and are invoiced by Unveiled Services.

Your placement is a salaried employee with statutory benefits, so they stay. If one leaves, replacing them is our job, not yours.

Where we do our best work

Revenue cycle, mostly. It is the work US practices are least able to staff and most able to measure, which means you can tell within a quarter whether we earned our keep.

How a placement actually happens

You never browse a catalogue of people. You tell us the job, and we bring you someone specific.

1

You describe the work

The task, the hours per week, and when you want someone starting. Ten hours a week is a normal request.

2

We put forward a person

One named candidate with their full vetting file, not a stack of resumes for you to sift.

3

You meet them

A call with the actual person who would do the work. If they are not right, we go again.

4

We paper it

A services agreement with us, plus a business associate agreement wherever protected health information is involved.

5

They start

Inside a remote desktop we control when the work touches patient data. Nothing lands on a machine overseas.

6

You keep them

Same person, month after month. Continuity is the thing you are buying.

Compare us to the hire you would otherwise make

A full-time biller in most US markets costs about twenty-two dollars an hour before benefits, and closer to twenty-eight after. Our work starts at $13.25 an hour, fully employed and fully covered.

We are not the cheapest offshore option and we do not try to be. We are the one where somebody has met the person.
