Unveiled Services

One rate. No agency fee bolted onto it.

You are quoted a single hourly rate per role and commitment level, and that is the whole price. We do not itemise a base rate plus our margin, because you are buying a staffed, employed, compliant seat rather than renting a person by the hour.

The terms, in plain words

If you want to hire them outright

People sometimes want to bring a placement onto their own payroll. We do not pretend to forbid that. We price it, and the price is twelve times whatever we were billing you monthly for that person, with a floor of ten thousand dollars.

You can work it out from any invoice, and it applies to everyone identically. We have never made an exception and we are not going to start with whoever asks most persuasively.

What we will not do

Discount the monthly rate

It is what pays the person doing your work. If we need to move on price we will look at setup or bundle a phone system instead.

Charge the candidate

Nobody pays us to be placed. Ever. Any agency that does this is not one you want touching your data.

Quietly vary the terms

Same conversion fee, same notice period, same minimum, for everyone. People talk, and a quiet discount becomes the public price.
