Roles, and what each one costs.
Rates are per hour and fall as the weekly commitment rises, because a ten-hour engagement takes nearly as much contracting, invoicing and support as a full-time one. Every rate below is what you pay. There is no separate agency fee, no markup line, and no onboarding charge.

What the rate covers
Their employment
Salary, statutory contributions, thirteenth month pay, and the payroll behind it. Your placement is employed, not freelancing.
The vetting
In-person interview, government ID verification, reference calls, and a skills assessment, recorded and handed to you.
The infrastructure
Remote desktop, access logging, multi-factor authentication, and the insurance that sits behind handling your data.
