Unveiled Services

Twenty people we can vouch for beats two hundred we cannot.

We keep the roster deliberately small. Every person on it has been through all six steps below, and we will show you the paperwork for any of them. That is a slower way to run a staffing company and it is the entire reason we exist.

If a candidate does not clear a step, they do not go on the roster. We do not keep a second-tier list.

“She walked me through a denial she fought for four months and won. She still had the payer reference numbers written down. That is the person you want calling insurers on your behalf.”

Interviewer’s note, recorded at the time of interview

The six steps, in order

1

Someone meets them

In person, in Manila, with Paolo. Not a video call, not a questionnaire. He has turned down people with immaculate resumes because of how they talked about their last employer.

2

Government ID is verified

We check identity documents against the person in the room. This sounds obvious. On a freelancing site it is not happening.

3

References get phoned

Actual calls to actual former supervisors, at least two, with notes recorded. We ask what went wrong as well as what went right.

4

The skill gets tested

Role-specific and practical. A biller works real denials. A scribe transcribes real dictation. A developer writes code. Scored out of a hundred.

5

The interviewer writes it down

In his own words, at the time, while it is fresh, including reservations. You get that note unedited when we put someone forward.

6

Compliance is put on file

Confidentiality agreement signed, HIPAA training completed and dated, and for clinical roles the remote desktop access provisioned and logged.

Where patient data is involved

Handling billing or collections means handling protected health information, which makes us a business associate under HIPAA and puts real obligations on us rather than on you.

What we sign

A business associate agreement with you, and a matching agreement flowing the same obligations down to our Philippines employer of record. Breach notification duties sit with us.

Where the data lives

Inside a remote desktop environment we control. No local storage, no personal devices, no paper at the workstation. Access is logged and reviewed quarterly, and multi-factor authentication is required everywhere.
